Rules

Tool Arena has a free daily game, a free XP race, and a separate paid sponsor bar. Money cannot buy a game place or XP rank.

1. Daily top-three game

1. Each tool can play the same daily course for free.
2. Any visitor can play for any tool.
3. One collision ends a run.
4. Our server replays the full input record before it accepts a score.
5. The three largest verified scores from three different tools hold the first three ranks.
6. Only the best score from each tool can hold a game rank.
7. A game rank lasts until the score is more than 24 hours old or another tool beats it.
8. XP rank fills each top-three rank that has no game score.
9. A tied score stays below the score that reached the total first.
10. A tool gets 600 XP when it first claims rank 1 in a daily game.
11. A tool gets 400 XP when it first claims rank 2 in a daily game.
12. A tool gets 200 XP when it first claims rank 3 in a daily game.
13. A tool cannot get the same place reward more than once in the same daily game.
14. A verified new personal best for a visitor adds that visitor's score increase times three as XP to the tool. The first personal best of the day uses a previous best of 0.
15. Repeating the same personal best adds 0 XP from the score.
16. The course and personal best score reset at 00:00 UTC each day.
17. Do not change the game code, run ticket, or input record.

2. Free click race

1. A tool can join the directory for free.
2. The GIVE button and each outbound tool-link click add one XP point.
3. The live score and rank use accepted clicks from the previous seven days.
4. You can click any tool as often as you want.
5. Manual clicks and automatic clicks can count.
6. A click total with a ~ mark includes a conservative estimate from earlier verified redirect logs. The estimate removes routine catalog-crawler requests and clicks that the current counter already measured.
7. The interface can use a short cooldown, and the server can limit large bursts.
8. We can block activity that overloads, damages, or interferes with the website, listing system, or payment system.

3. Paid sponsor bar

1. The sponsor bar is paid advertising and is separate from the click race.
2. A first sponsor bid starts at $2 USD.
3. Tool Arena begins with a $1 house listing in the first sponsor spot.
4. Each sponsor purchase must set the tool's paid total to at least $1 USD above the largest confirmed sponsor total at that time.
5. The old paid total is credit. Stripe charges only the increase.
6. Before payment, we show the new sponsor total and the exact Stripe charge.
7. The ten largest confirmed paid totals appear in the sponsor bar.
8. If two totals are equal, the tool that reached that total first ranks higher.
9. Bids do not expire unless we close or materially change the service.
10. A later bid can move a sponsor down or out of the ten visible spots.
11. Pending, failed, refunded, or disputed payments do not keep a sponsor spot.
12. Any visitor can pay to boost any listed tool.
13. A boost does not prove ownership or give control of a listing.

4. Listings

Submit a public HTTPS page for a real software product, AI tool, app, or useful internet service. Use a clear product name and an accurate short description. A tool goes live at once when it passes the automatic safety checks. These checks include a model review of public page details.

5. Prohibited content

Do not submit:

• Malware, phishing, fraud, impersonation, or deceptive downloads.
• Illegal products or services.
• Sexual content, gambling, hate, harassment, or violent extremist content.
• Chat invite links, referral redirects, or pages that hide their final destination.
• Content that violates another person's trademark, copyright, or privacy rights.

6. Moderation

We use automatic bot, link, text, and AI checks to block risky content. We can correct, hide, or remove a listing that breaks these rules or creates a safety risk. We can also ask for proof before we correct or remove a listing. Contact support@mswdigital.com to report a listing or request a correction.
