Rules

Updated August 21, 2026

Tool Arena has one free click race and one separate paid sponsor bar. Money cannot buy XP or change the click race.

1. Free click race

  1. A tool can join the directory for free.
  2. Each accepted click adds one XP point.
  3. The live score and rank use accepted clicks from the previous seven days.
  4. You can click any tool as often as you want.
  5. Manual clicks and automatic clicks can count.
  6. The interface can use a short cooldown, and the server can limit large bursts.
  7. We can block activity that overloads, damages, or interferes with the website, listing system, or payment system.

2. Paid sponsor bar

  1. The sponsor bar is paid advertising and is separate from the click race.
  2. A first sponsor bid starts at $2 USD.
  3. Tool Arena begins with a $1 house listing in the first sponsor spot.
  4. A sponsor can raise its paid total by $1 USD or more.
  5. The old paid total is credit. Stripe charges only the increase.
  6. The ten largest confirmed paid totals appear in the sponsor bar.
  7. If two totals are equal, the tool that reached that total first ranks higher.
  8. Bids do not expire unless we close or materially change the service.
  9. A later bid can move a sponsor down or out of the ten visible spots.
  10. Pending, failed, refunded, or disputed payments do not keep a sponsor spot.

3. Listings

Submit a public HTTPS page for a real software product, AI tool, app, or useful internet service. Use a clear product name, an accurate short description, and an email address that you can access. A tool goes live at once when it passes the automatic safety checks. These checks include a model review of public page details.

4. Prohibited content

Do not submit:

5. Moderation

We use automatic bot, link, text, and AI checks to block risky content. We can correct, hide, or remove a listing that breaks these rules or creates a safety risk. We can also ask for proof before we change or transfer a listing. Contact support@mswdigital.com to report a listing or request a correction.
