MSW Digital operates Tool Arena. These terms apply when you use Tool Arena, submit a listing, or buy a sponsor placement. By using the service, you accept these Terms and the Rules.
Who can use the service
You must be at least 18 years old to submit a listing or buy a sponsor placement. If you act for a business or another person, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for them.
The service
Tool Arena provides a public click race and ten paid sponsor spots. Confirmed bid totals control only the sponsor order. Payment never changes the click race. Sponsor spots are paid advertisements. A listing or sponsor spot does not mean that we tested, approved, or recommend a product. We do not promise traffic, leads, search rank, sales, uptime, or any other result.
Your submission
You confirm that your information is accurate, that the website is lawful, and that you can ask us to publish the submitted content. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and format the submitted name, description, website address, logo, and related public product information for the service. A free submission goes live after it passes our automatic safety checks. We can edit, reject, or remove a listing that breaks the Rules or creates risk.
The controller email gives access to private boost links. It does not prove ownership of a product or brand. We can ask for reasonable proof before we correct, transfer, or remove a listing.
Brand names and logos
Brand names and logos identify the listed products. Their owners keep all related rights. A listing does not show sponsorship, approval, or a business relationship. A brand owner can ask us to correct or remove an asset.
Payments and refunds
Prices are in US dollars. Stripe processes each one-time payment. A paid placement starts after payment confirmation. The ten largest confirmed paid totals receive the ten visible sponsor spots. A later bid can move your tool down or out of the sponsor bar at any time. When you raise your confirmed total, the old total is credit and Stripe charges the difference between the old total and the new total that you select.
Except where law requires otherwise, a confirmed payment is final after we supply the placement. We can refund a duplicate charge or a charge affected by our technical error. A refund, dispute, or chargeback can remove the related paid amount and change the sponsor rank. Contact us before you start a payment dispute so that we can review the problem.
Acceptable use
You can use manual or automatic clicks, subject to the Rules and service limits. You must not attack the service, bypass security controls, access another listing's private link, interfere with payments, scrape private data, or use the service for an unlawful purpose. You must not use automation that overloads or damages the service.
Third-party websites
Listings link to websites that other people operate. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, products, security, availability, or privacy practices. Visit and use them at your own risk.
Moderation and service changes
We can reject or remove content that breaks the Rules, creates risk, or harms the service. We can limit or end access to private listing controls. We can change, pause, or close the service. If we end an active paid placement for a reason unrelated to your conduct, we can provide a fair refund based on the facts.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, MSW Digital disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for a claim related to a paid placement will not exceed the amount that you paid for that placement. These limits do not remove rights that the law does not allow us to remove.
Changes to these Terms
We can update these Terms. We will change the date at the top when we do. Your continued use after an update means that you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the service.
